This website is operated by TECHIN Process Technologies Pvt Ltd, with its headquarters in Mumbai, India, and European operations (Techin EMEA) in Sweden. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at info@techinpro.in.

We only collect the personal data you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number, industry sector, and the details of your enquiry.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse.

We use your enquiry details only to respond to you and to discuss the project or question you raised. Our legal basis is your request to be contacted and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Enquiries are delivered by email to the TECHIN team members who handle them, in India and Sweden. We use a small number of service providers to run the website:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
• Web3Forms — delivers enquiry form submissions to our inboxes.
• Unsplash — serves some of the photographs on this site, which means your browser requests images from their servers.

Some of these providers and our team in India are located outside the EU/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, it is done only to handle your enquiry and with appropriate safeguards.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@techinpro.in. If you are in the EU/EEA and believe we have not handled your data correctly, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Sweden, IMY — Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
